>
> Colleagues,
>
> Following the green light we got yesterday regarding the transfer
> of funds needed to make payroll, Mary Cay, Joey and I have been
> requested to attend a face to face meeting to discuss the matter
> further. We have been instructed that the meeting cannot take place
> before Friday morning.
>
> The length of this entire process is so frustrating to us all. I
> know it is a function of the cautious financial world we live with
> these days but that knowledge doesn't make it any easier or
> comfortable for any of us.
>
> I hate to have to let you know that this additional delay means
> that pending the outcome of Fridays meeting, we will not be able to
> make payroll until after the holiday weekend, despite the news we
> were authorized to communicate with you yesterday.
>
> I can only imagine how difficult this roller coaster ride has been
> for you and your families, and for that I am deeply sorry.
>
> We will communicate to the campus the results of the Friday meeting
> as soon as it is completed.
>
> Thanks again for your perseverance.
>
> With great respect,
