Storms moved across our area Sunday Sunday evening the National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for Crockett and Dyer County, after receiving a report that a tornado had touched down in the Providence Church area.Crockett County Sheriff Office confirmed around 9:30 p.m. a funnel cloud was spotted in that area and that a barn or storage building had been damaged but could not confirm whether it had been hit by a tornado.
