Three Burglary Suspects in Custody

On or about February 19, 2012, at approximately 3:40 a.m., the Madison County Sheriff’s Office received a call of a suspicious situation in the area of 14 Bermuda Drive, Jackson, TN. 

During the course of the investigation, deputies came in contact with two males and one female in a silver Ford Focus.  Deputies observed in the vehicle a Nintendo Wii and other items that were taken in a burglary at 22 Bermuda Cove, Jackson, TN.  Deputies also observed tools that were used to break into the residence.

William Jacob Wray, age 23, of 54 Bellmeade Drive, Jackson, TN, was charged with Aggravated Burglary and Possession of Burglary Tools;

Billy Wayne Henley, age 22, of 1290 Campbell Street, Jackson, TN, was charged with Aggravated Burglary and Possession of Burglary Tools; and

Kayla Danielle Lewis, age 19, of 2383 Beech Bluff Road, Jackson, TN, was charged with Aggravated Burglary and Theft of Property.

On February 21, 2012, William Jacob Wray, Billy Wayne Henley and Kayla Danielle Lewis appeared in court for arraignment.  Their bond was set at $30,000.00 each.  Their preliminary hearing has been scheduled for March 6, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. in General Sessions Court, Division I.
