On 10-17-12, members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force went to 2307 Beech Bluff Road to arrest Randy Lewis Cary on an outstanding Carroll County warrant for Especially Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Domestic Assault and Aggravated Rape. Cary was located there and taken into custody. While Task Force Members were on the scene, probable cause was discovered and indicated that a Methamphetamine Lab was present in a vehicle on the property.
Jackson-Madison County Metro Narcotics Investigators were summoned to the scene and a search of the suspect vehicle revealed precursors, reagents and equipment contained within. Metro Narcotics Investigators processed the lab components and a Response Truck from the Tennessee Methamphetamine and Pharmaceutical Task Force was called to the scene to package and remove the hazardous wastes. The property at 2307 Beech Bluff Road is within 1,000 feet of the real property of both, Rose Hill Middle School and East Union Baptist Church which contains a Day Care facility. When officers initially arrived on the scene, Ricky Peters fled the scene leaving four other persons present. Of the four, three were arrested and charged with the meth lab and the forth was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Peters is still being sought in connection with the lab.
Randy Lewis Cary, age 41, of 1697 Old Stage Road in Huntingdon, TN was arrested on the Carroll County warrant and was transported from the scene to the Carroll County Jail where a hold will be placed on him to face Madison County charges of Initiation of Methamphetamine Manufacture and Violation of Drug-free School Zone.
Ashley Lachelle Hill, age 25, of 2293 Beech Bluff Road was charged with Initiation of Methamphetamine Manufacture and Violation of Drug-free School Zone. She is currently being held at the Madison County Criminal Justice Complex where she awaits arraignment in Madison County General Sessions Court.
Whit Allen Waynick, age 32, of 40 Monroe Street in Jackson was charged Initiation of Methamphetamine Manufacture and Violation of Drug-free School Zone. He is currently being held at the Madison County Criminal Justice Complex where he awaits arraignment in Madison County General Sessions Court.
Misty Dawn Cross, age 36, of 2307 Beech Bluff Road was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Violation of Probation out of McNairy County and is to be transferred into their custody.
Richard “Ricky” Ladell Peters is a 34 year old white male, approximately 5’ 8” tall, weighing 175 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He frequents 2307 Beech Bluff Road, but his last known address was 710 Centerpoint Road in Reagan, TN. He is believed to be driving a red pick-up. He is wanted for Initiation of Methamphetamine Manufacture and Violation of Drug-free School Zone.
