TWO SUSPECTS ARRESTED IN NORTH ROYAL BURGLARY
Jackson Police have arrested Terry Wallace, 45, of 2911 Riverside Dr., Jackson, Tennessee and Lloyd Ragan, 50, of 2639 Riverside Dr., Jackson, Tennessee and charged both with Burglary, Theft of Property under $500 and Possession of Burglary Tools.
Both suspects with be arraigned in Jackson City Court at 8 am on Thursday December 13, 2012. Additionally, Terry Wallace has an outstanding warrant in McNairy County Tennessee and is being held for them.
On 12-12-2012 at approximately 8:30 am, a homeowner arrived at his residence in the 2200 block of North Royal St. and saw a vehicle in his yard and a suspect flee from his shed. Two suspects left in a vehicle and the victim followed the suspects while calling police. Officers stopped the suspect vehicle and recovered items that had been taken from the victim’s shed.
Additionally, Officers recovered tools that the suspects had been using to break into the shed.
The suspects were identified as Terry Wallace and Lloyd (Ryan) Ragan. The recovered property was returned to the homeowner.
Investigators are attempting to determine if the suspects are involved in other similar incidents.
