LIFELINE Blood Services has continued the critical appeal for all blood types to meet the demands of local, West Tennessee hospitals. The blood supply remains at an extremely low level. More donors are asked to respond this week to avoid an emergency situation.
All eligible blood donors are urged to give blood as soon as possible. LIFELINE Blood Services, 183 Sterling Farms Drive, Jackson will be open extended hours during this continuing appeal:
Monday, Jan. 21 through Friday, Jan. 25- 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
The LIFELINE Bloodmobiles will also be visiting the following locations this week:
Mon., Jan. 21- Dresden at Southside Church of Christ from 12-6 p.m.
First Baptist Church, Troy from 3-7 p.m.
Wed., Jan. 23- Jackson at Browns United Methodist Church from 4-7 p.m.
Thurs., Jan. 24- Jackson at Jackson Madison County General Hospital Main Entrance 7 a.m. - 11 a.m. and 12-6 p.m.
Fri., Jan. 25- Savannah at Walgreens from 12-6 p.m.
Newbern at First United Methodist Church from 12-6 p.m.
Trezevant at West Carroll Elementary School from 12-5:30 p.m.
