John Richardson, former Haywood County Deputy Sheriff has filed a lawsuit in US District Court against Haywood County Sheriff Melvin Bond and the Drug Task Force for the Thirtieth Judicial District.
In the filings, through his attorney Micheal Weinman, Richardson, who is Caucasian, alleges among other things Violations of the First and Fourteenth Amendments, Whistle-Blowers Protection Act, and Discrimination and Violations of the Human Rights Act
