The JMCS Board Attoney was instructed to file a response. That response concludes by stating "Plaintiffs are entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees for reasonable time spent monitoring the 2000 agreement and other enforceable orders of this Court. In that regard, the Board does not take issue with Mr. Fields’ rate of $275.00/hour but only with the reasonableness of the time spent and how that time was spent.
