Since the two parties were unable to resolve their dispute in mediation a Judge will now decide the Attorney Fees for the Plaintiff in the Desegregation Lawsuit. The case is the Brenda Monroe, et al and United States vs. Jackson-Madison County School Board. In the court orders the Jackson Mad Co. School Board was ordered to pay the plaintiffs legal fees. In 2004 Richard Fields came on the case replacing Richard Dinkins when Dinkins became a Chancery Judge.
