Several court cases in the news
Ameale O Hudson was in Jackson City Court for an arraignment. Hudson is charged with First Degree Murder and Especially Aggravated Robbery in the slaying of Troy Mitchell
Hudson was denied bond and remains in custody. His next court date is November 19th.
The other suspect accused in the Mitchell homicide is a 15 year-old juvenile. He also had a hearing, this on in front of Juvenile Court Judge Christi Little. The youth was ordered to under go a mental evaluation. The DA is seeking to have him tried as an adult. His next court appearance is a transfer hearing scheduled for December 6th
In other court action over in General Sessions Court Molly Donaldson appeared with counsel before Judge Roger Page for a bond hearing. Donaldson was facing charges of Tampering with Evidence and Filing a False Police Report and was out on $50 Thousand Dollar bond but has since been charged with First Degree Murder in addition to the other charges in the death of her husband Chico Donaldson. Molly Donaldson's bond was set at $500 Thousand Dollars.
