The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is continuing the investigation into an aggravated assault that occurred on the parking lot at the Pine Ridge Club, 2338 Highway 18, Medon, TN, on or about December 5, 2009, sometime after 3:00 a.m.
The victim has been identified as Charles Henry Allen, age 44, 615 Naylor Road, Toone, TN. The victim was found lying on the parking lot, unconscious shortly before 7:00 a.m. Victim was transported by ambulance to Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. His condition is listed as critical.
Investigators have interviewed a person of interest.
