Eric Middleton Sentenced to Life in Prison Plus 25 Years

Eric Middleton Sentenced to Life in Prison Plus 25 Years for the 2008 Murders of Bobby Perry and Andreca Manning Eric Middleton, 26, of Greenwood, MS, was sentenced today to life in prison plus 25 years for the March 14, 2008, murders of Bobby Perry and Andreca Manning. On January 22 Middleton was found guilty by a jury of First Degree Murder in Perry's death and Second Degree Murder in Manning's death. He was also found guilty of Tampering with Evidence for destroying evidence at the scene of the murder at #10 Webb Street in Jackson then transporting the bodies and Perry’s vehicle to Mississippi where he disposed of them. He was sentenced to life (60 years) for the murder of Perry; 25 years, with no parole, for the murder of Manning and 6 years at 30 percent for Tampering with Evidence. The 6 years will merge with the life sentence and the 25 year sentence is consecutive to the life sentence. He will be transferred to the Tennessee Department of Correction.
