Chancellor Dismisses William "Butch" Mitchell termination suit

On Monday December 22 Chancellor Allen Wallace signed the order dismissing the termination lawsuit of William Butch Mitchell in favor of Madison County Sheriff Dept and Sheriff David Woolfork. This is the fourth ruling supporting termination of the former Madison Co. deputy.
