A race discrimination lawsuit has been filed against Jackson Madison County School Board and personally against Superintendent Dr Nancy Zambito.
According to the US District Court Clerks office the suit was received late in the day Monday March 29th. The Plaintiffs are represented Memphis Atty Richard Fields
