UPDATE ON MICHAEL A. PRESSON
On April 5, 2010, Michael A. Presson age 66, of 259 Johnston Loop Road, Jackson, TN, was re-indicted by the Madison County Grand Jury on the following charges:
1. Twenty-two (22) counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery;
2. Sixteen (16) counts of Rape of Child;
3. Indecent Exposure;
4. Two (2) counts of Exhibition of Materials to Minor;
5. Three (3) counts of Sexual Battery; and
6. Four (4) counts Stalking.
The Honorable Judge Roy Morgan, Jr. increased his bond to $200,000.00. His original bond was $100,000.00.
Michael A. Presson surrendered himself to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office this morning.
BACKGROUND
On or about July 30, 2009, at approximately 12:00 p.m., officers with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at the residence of Michael A. Presson. The complaint alleged inappropriate sexual activity with a 12-year-old female.
