On Sunday at approximately 9:30 a.m., deputies with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call at 34 Long Meadow Drive,
Jackson TN 38301, to a possible domestic assault.
The investigation revealed that the victim, age 31, of Hollywood Drive, Jackson, TN, stated that her ex-boyfriend, identified as Micah Timothy Transou, age 37, of
57 Trailwood Drive, Jackson, TN, abducted her while she was walking on the sidewalk in front of her apartment complex. The suspect threw the victim into his vehicle described as a
white BMW, Tennessee license plate number 530 XDW and transported her to a location, yet to be identified in Madison County, where he allegedly physically and sexually assaulted her in his vehicle. The victim was able to get away from the suspect and ran to safety at
34 Long Meadow Drive, Jackson TN.
Victim was transported by ambulance to Jackson-Madison County General Hospital where she was treated and released.
Warrants have been issued charging
with Violation of Order of Protection, Aggravated Kidnapping, Aggravated Domestic Assault and Aggravated Rape.
