Bardo Brantley has submitted a proposal to the Board of Zoning Appeals for a special Exception Request Zone Change
Brantley, who just this year sought Bankruptcy protection for Summit-Brantley Development Lexington, TN, proposes to open a similar manufacturing / training facility in the former Salvation Army Thrift Store location on the corner of Allen and Conger. The building is owned by JACNE LP, which occupies 21 Windwood Drive, which in turn is owned by Charles (Chuck) Clark.
