Endangered Child Alert - Two Missing Children
The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is continuing the investigation into the February 21, 2009, report of two (2) missing children, Nathan Waibl, Jr., age 4 and Allison Waibl, age 3. Chancellor Butler previously granted visitation for Heather Heloni’ Lynn Waibl, age 25, last known address 311 Natcon Drive, Dover, TN, on alternating Saturdays. The visits were to be from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and she was not to take the children outside Madison County.
Mrs. Waibl picked up the children at the designated time and did not return the children to their father at the court ordered time on February 21, 2009.
She was driving a gold Chrysler van, TN license number 670MBF. On February 22, 2009, the van was found abandoned at 3350 North Highland Avenue, Jackson, TN, near Highland Memorial Gardens.
An arrest warrant has been issued charging Heather Heloni’ Lynn Waibl with Custodial Interference To wit: Mrs. Waibl did knowingly and intentionally fail to return Nathan, Jr. and Allison Waibl to their father, Nathan Waibl, the court ordered custodian after her visitation.
