BREAKING NEWS
There was an Armed Robbery Monday night in the parking lot of the Kroger on Stonebrook in North Jackson. Jackson Police had a description and spotted the suspect vehicle. The chase ended in a crash with one suspect in custody but two others fleeing on foot.
The wreck occured on University Parkway. Police set up a perimeter in the Indian Hills area of North Jackson. K-9's and Air One assisted in the search.
One suspect has been identified as James Brown of Jackson. Second suspect ID unknown
Police think one suspect may have called a female friend to pick him up. They are looking for a white SUV maybe a Mountaineer
Officers found clothing they believe belongs to one of the suspects and think one or both may have tried to steal a car.
