(AP) — The Tennessee Secondary Schools Athletic Association board will continue to hold its state basketball tournaments and the Spring Fling championships in Rutherford County for five more years. Spring Fling is held at locations across the county and the state basketball playoffs are at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro.

ATLANTA (AP) — Eric Stults combined with two relievers on a five-hitter, Chase Headley homered and drove in two runs and the San Diego Padres beat the Atlanta Braves 4-1 Monday night. Stults gave up five hits and one run in 7 2-3 innings.
