KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Southeastern Conference coaches selected Tennessee junior guard Scotty Hopson to the league's preseason all-SEC team. The Hopkinsville, Ky., native is the Volunteers' top returning scorer after averaging 12.2 points per game last season. He's made 34.4 percent of his 3-point shots in his two seasons. The 6-foot-7, 200-pound Hopson spent the summer participating in the NCAA Career in Sports forum and the LeBron James Skills Academy and also played with USA Basketball's Men's Select team. No other Vols were among the coaches' first-team and second-team selections.
