Haywood Co. Head Football Coach Tim Seymour has resigned. Coach Seymour played Prep Football at Haywood Co. and College Football at University of Memphis. Seymour was 8-12 in two years at Haywood and missed the playoffs both seasons. A search committee has been formed to assist the School Superintendent and Athletic Director in hiring a new football coach. "The Voice of The Tomcats" Greg Vanstory said "We appreciate the service of Coach Seymour as a player and Coach here at Haywood High. He has served as a positive role model and always put the student athletes well-being first". Anyone interested in the Haywood Football job should contact Haywood High School in Brownsville, TN.
