Bouncer’s
case bound over to grand jury After hearing testimony from witnesses at a preliminary hearing, Jackson City Judge Blake Anderson ordered the aggravated assault case against Jamie Lee Smith bound over to the grand jury. According to the affidavit Smith is charged with aggravated assault in a June 22 case in which Ricky Shaun Davis was assaulted. The victim and his wife testified that Smith threw the victim to the floor and assaulted him after his wife protested an excessive bar tab. Smith worked as a bouncer at the
nightclub at the time of the incident.
